1. What we collect
When you visit vaultaxr.com we collect basic analytics (page views, approximate city via IP geolocation, device type, referrer). When you subscribe, buy merchandise, or contact us, we collect the information you provide directly — email, name, shipping address for physical orders, and payment details (payment details are handled by Stripe; we never see full card numbers).
2. How we use it
- Deliver purchases (send download links, ship merch, email receipts)
- Send the communications you signed up for (new releases, tour dates, VIP drops)
- Measure traffic and engagement to improve the site
- Comply with legal obligations (tax records, anti-fraud)
We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not run tracking pixels for third-party ad networks.
3. Who processes your data
- Stripe — payment processing (their privacy policy governs how they handle card data)
- Amazon Web Services — hosting, email delivery (SES), file storage (S3)
- Supabase — anonymized analytics storage
- Mailchimp — newsletter and VIP email campaigns
- Zoho Mail — inbound email to info@, antik@, raphael@
- Sanity — content management (no personal data)
4. Cookies and local storage
We use a session ID in your browser's sessionStorage to avoid double-counting visits, and localStorage to remember items in your cart. We do not use advertising cookies.
5. Your rights
You can, at any time:
- Unsubscribe from emails (link in every email)
- Request a copy of the data we have about you
- Request we delete your data
- Correct any inaccurate information
Email info@vaultaxr.com with your request and we'll respond within 30 days.
6. Data retention
Analytics: 90 days. Order records: 7 years (tax requirement). Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe. Fan submissions (contact form): 2 years.
7. Children
Vaultaxr.com is not directed at anyone under 13. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information, contact us at info@vaultaxr.com and we'll remove it.
8. Changes
Material changes will be announced on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
